You may recall back in February we did a Valentine’s Day Beer and Chocolate Paring with Iron Hill Brewery. We brewed a decadent Chocolate Stout using Mueller’s Chocolate and Coco Nibs and it was named the Dr.Chockenstein® Chocolate Stout. The release was a big success and the beer was on tap in about 6 locations around the Philadelphia area. Well Jeff, the crafty and wise beyond his years lead brewer saved a keg of the Dr.Chockenstein® chocolate stout and is bringing it back aged with coffee for a very special occasion, the Bacon Beer Brunch !!

The time has come for our second collaboration with Iron Hill Brewery . This time we are Reanimating Dr.Chockenstein’s® Chocolate stout. The modern Day Beer Prometheus Returns after being Coffee Aged and paired with Chocolate Beignets featuring Mueller Chocolate Co. Chocolate Fondue. Washing down a Coffee Chocolate Stout will complete the perfect brunch.
