Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be delayed.  You will receive a tracking number when your items are shipped.  If you do not receive your tracking within 7 business days, please email: Info@drchockenstein.com

Chocolate Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.

UPS may deliver on the weekend to certain zip codes. During warmer weather, we may choose not to ship an order over the weekend so your chocolates will arrive in perfect condition upon receipt.

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S.
